Vol. 37 No. 8

Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - Donegal Relief Schemes.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he can state what particular schemes in County Donegal have been approved by the Land Commission on which £5,090 of the Relief Grant is to be expended.

The works which have been, or are about to be, undertaken in Donegal out of the funds of the Relief Schemes Vote consist of drainage, the repair and extension of bog and accommodation roads, and the construction of bridges in connection with such roads. A large number of these works were started under previous Relief Votes.

I put this question in order to get the names of the different schemes and the districts in which they are being or have been carried out.

The Deputy did not ask for that.

I understand that each scheme has been submitted to the Land Commission, and I was anxious to know the particular districts in which schemes were carried out.

The Deputy has not asked for that.

I have not got an answer setting out the details of each scheme, and that is the information I was anxious to get.
