The total amount received in the Dáil Finance Department in respect of the Dáil Eireann (Internal) Loan, 1919-20, was £378,858 5s. 0d. The amount authorised by way of refund to date is £124,467 1s. 0d., made up of £303,190 15s. 0d. principal and £121,276 6s. 0d. interest. The approximate total remuneration of the staff in the Dáil Loan section of my Department since repayment began is £17,000.
