Issue Out of the Central Fund. - Land Bill, 1930—Money Resolution.

The Dáil went into Committee on Finance.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach (a) as an bPrímhChiste no as a thora fáis agus (b) as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas aon tsuim is gá chun éifeacht do thabhairt d'Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socrú do dhéanamh chun gabháltaisí do dhílsiú go luath i lucht a gceannuithe fé sna hAchtanna Talamh-Cheannaigh agus chun leasú do dhéanamh, chun na críche sin agus chun crícheanna eile, ar na hAchtanna san agus ar an Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act, 1891, agus fós chun socrú do dhéanamh maidir le muirir dheachmhachíosa áirithe agus le cíosa ionatharuithe áirithe d'atharú.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment (a) out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof and (b) out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any sum required to carry into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for the early vesting of holdings in the purchasers thereof under the Land Purchase Acts and for that and other purposes to amend those Acts and the Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act, 1891, and also to make provision in respect of the variation of certain tithe rent charges and variable rents.
