Vol. 37 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Drom (Co. Tipperary) Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he is aware that over 30 uneconomic holders with valuations of £20 and under reside within a two mile radius of the lands of Dr. Thomas Barry, Roardstown and Rathleasty, Drom, Co. Tipperary, and whether the Commissioners will consider the acquisition of these lands (about 400 acres) for the purpose of relieving the congestion which exists in the district.

Inquiries are at present being made regarding the lands of Rathleasty and Roardstown Upper, the property of Dr. Thomas Barry.
