There is no trace of the receipt in my Department of any communication from Mr. Charles Keeney authorising the transfer of his subscription to Mrs. Mary Keeney, Meenabrock, Dunkineely, Co. Donegal. Mrs. Keeney was informed recently that, in the absence of any such authorisation, payment could only be made to the original subscriber.
