Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Prosecutions Against 'Bus Drivers.

asked the Minister for Justice to state the total number of cases in which prosecutions were instituted against 'bus drivers and conductors during the year ending March 31st, 1931, for (1) exceeding the speed limit; (2) driving to the danger of the public; (3) overcrowding; and the total number of cases in which fines were imposed, and the amount received in fines during the same period.

The answers to questions (1), (2) and (3) are as follows:—
