Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what is the position as regards the Moore Estate, St. Johnstown, Killenaule, County Tipperary, held by Mr. Sparrow; and when the Land Commission intend to take it over for subdivision amongst the uneconomic holders and landless men of the district.

Mr. William Sparrow, the tenant of a holding comprising 189a. 0r. 7p. in the townlands of Milltown, St. John, and St. Johnstown, on the Murray Estate, lodged an objection to the proposed resumption of his holding by the Land Commission. The objection was duly heard on the 5th instant by the Land Commission, who have reserved their decision.
