Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - Returns of Unemployed.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the number unemployed in each of the undermentioned trades in the city and county of Dublin at the latest date for which returns are available, together with the numbers unemployed in these trades on the nearest corresponding date in 1930: Bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, painters, plumbers, stonecutters and labourers.

The number of persons in the trades mentioned registered as unemployed at Employment Exchanges in the area of Dublin city and county on the 5th October, 1930, and the 4th October, 1931—these being the latest corresponding dates in respect of which the information is available—are as follows:—
