Vol. 42 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Construction of Road.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he is aware that a tenant named William Corbett, Maghera, Tulla, Co. Clare (estate of Hutchinson and others) has no road leading into his house, and if the Minister will state when the Land Commission will carry out their undertaking to provide him with a road.

The question of the condition of the road leading to Mr. Corbett's house will be inquired into by the Land Commission before the holding is revested in him under the provisions of the Land Act, 1931. Mr. Corbett has been so informed by letter on several occasions, but no undertaking to provide him with a road has been given by the Land Commission.
