Vol. 45 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pension Computations.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he has received any representations from trade unions or other organisations protesting against superannuation payments from trade unions or friendly societies being taken into account when considering applications for old age pensions, and, if so, if he will state what action he proposes to take in the matter.

No representations of the nature referred to have been made since the provisions of the Old Age Pensions Act, 1932, came into operation.
