The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, the Government's policy in connection with the flour-milling industry has been explained to the Dáil in the course of the debates on the Financial Resolution imposing a customs duty on flour and on the provisions of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Bill.
