Proposals for the industrial utilisation of this building are at present in hand.
Might I remind the Minister that I addressed a question to him a month ago and that his answer was: "This factory will be opened immediately." I then asked the Minister just what "immediately" actually meant and his reply was: "Immediately." Now I ask the Minister what is the meaning of "immediately" or "at a very early date"? Can the Minister fix any date on which this factory will be re-opened?
