Vol. 45 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Kilcock Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether the Land Commission proposes to acquire the lands of Mrs. Mary Wallace, consisting of approximately 200 acres and situate at Newtown, Kilcock, for distribution among uneconomic holders and landless men in the area.

The holding of Mrs. Mary Wallace, containing 236a. 2r. 12p., in the townland of Newtownhartland, on the Cloncurry Estate, County Kildare, to which the Deputy appears to refer, was retained by the Land Commission on the Appointed Day and proceedings for its resumption have been instituted.
