Bourn Vincent Memorial Park Bill, 1932—Money Resolution. - In Committee on Finance.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghfar chun Achta ar bith do chur in éifeacht a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun glacadh le hEstát Mhucrois i gContae Chiarraighe do bhronnadh ar an Náisiún mar Pháire Náisiúnta agus chun a údarú chuige sin pé nithe do dhéanamh is gá chun an bhronnta san do chríochnú go dlíthiúil do réir téarmaí an bhronnta san, chun a údarú go gceannófaí talamh agus áirnéis áirithe o bhronntóir an Estáit sin, agus chun gach socrú do dhéanamh is gá chun na maoine uile bronnfar no ceannófar amhlaidh do chaomhaint, do choinneáil i dtreo, do bhainistí, agus d'úsáid.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to accept the gift of the Muckross Estate in the County Kerry to the Nation as a National Park and for that purpose to authorise such steps as shall be necessary for the legal completion of such gift in accordance with the terms thereof, to authorise the purchase from the donor of the said estate of certain land and chattels, and to make all such provision as may be necessary for the preservation, maintenance, management, and use of all property so donated or purchased.
