The second series of Supplementary and Additional Estimates are new. Vote 55, the Land Commission, £48,635. Vote 57 is for Railways. It is £15,869. Vote 60, Unemployment Insurance, £15,125; Vote 75, Advance to Guarantee Fund, £1,616,000. I expect that the particulars of these Estimates will be in the hands of Deputies this week. I ask for leave to introduce.
