Cement (No. 2) Bill, 1933—Money Resolution. - In Committee on Finance.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar amach as airgead a sholathróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghfar chun Achta ar bith do chur in éifeacht a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socruithe do dhéanamh chun déantóireacht stroighne agus iomportáil stroighne do stiúradh agus do rialáil agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh chun tailimh do thógaint go héigeanta agus chun oibreacha iompair do dhéanamh, do choinneáil i dtreo agus d'oibriú chun crícheanna na déantóireachta san.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for the control and regulation of the manufacture of cement and of the importation of cement and to provide for the compulsory acquisition of land and for the construction, maintenance and operation of transport works for the purposes of such manufacture.

Is it proposed to proceed with the Committee Stage of the Bill to-night?

Yes, it was so stated and agreed to yesterday.

The Bill has already had a Second Reading.

Is it proposed to go on with the Committee Stage now?

That was agreed to yesterday when the Bill was introduced.

Money Resolution put and agreed to.
