Horse Breeding Bill, 1933—First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the licensing of stallions and for other matters connected therewith. —(Minister for Defence (for Minister for Agriculture).)

Is the Minister anticipating an early settlement of the economic war, seeing that he is going to increase the number of stallions in the country?
