The police have taken, and will continue to take, every step in their power to have the persons who committed the offence referred to in the question identified and brought to justice. Whilst it is, in general, undesirable in the interests of the administration of justice to publish any details of police activities in the investigation of crime whilst the matter is still pending, I may say that over one hundred persons have been approached by the police in this matter in the course of their investigations.
