Vol. 50 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Armed Robbery Prosecution.

asked the Minister for Justice if Archibald Doyle, sentenced on 5th February, 1930, in connection with the armed robbery at Donnycarney, has since his release in 1933 been employed in any capacity in or in connection with services under Government control.

So far as I am aware, the answer is in the negative.

Is the Minister not in a position to find out?

The position is that we have inquired so far as we can. I do not think the Deputy can expect me to have a search made in every Department in the State. If the Deputy will give me information as to the particular Department concerned, I will try to find out particulars.
