I move:—
Chun críche Achta ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socruithe bhreise do dhéanamh chun Bannaí Talmhan do bhunú agus do thabhairt amach chun airgid cheannaigh d'íoc agus róimhíocanna do dhéanamh fé sna hAchtanna Talamh-Cheannaigh agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh chun úis d'íoc ar na Bannaí Talmhan san agus iad san d'fhuascailt agus i dtaobh nithe eile bhaineas leis sin, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go gcuirfí mar mhuirear ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thoradh fáis suimeanna ar bith is gá in aghaidh aon easnaimh a bheidh i gCiste na mBannaí Talmhan maidir le hús d'íoc ar Bhannaí Talmhan agus maidir le Bannaí Talmhan d'fhuascailt a bunófar agus a bhéarfar amach fén Acht san.
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for the creation and issue of Land Bonds for the purpose of the payment of purchase moneys and the making of advances under the Land Purchase Acts and to provide for the payment of interest on and the redemption of such Land Bonds and for other matters connected therewith it is expedient to authorise the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of any sums required for meeting any insufficiency in the Land Bond Fund for the payment of interest on, and the redemption of, Land Bonds created and issued under such Act.
