Registration of Maternity Homes Bill, 1934—Money Resolution. - Public Assistance (Acquisition of Land) Bill, 1934—Money Resolution.

I move:

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghaidh an tAire Rialtais Aitiúla agus Sláinte Puiblí chun éifeachta do thabhairt d'Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun a chur ar chumas cóluchtaí ar a bhfuil riaradh fóirthine na mbocht talamh (le n-a n-áirmhítear uisce agus cearta bhaineas le talamh no le huisce) do thógaint chun crícheanna a gcomhacht agus a ndualgas maidir leis an riaradh san agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh i dtaobh nithe ghabhas leis an tógaint sin agus i dtaobh nithe bhaineas ar shlí eile leis na cóluchtaí sin.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to empower bodies charged with the administration of the relief of the poor to acquire land (including water and rights relating to land or water) for the purposes of their powers and duties in relation to such administration, and to make provision for matters connected with such acquisition and for matters otherwise related to such bodies.
