Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Payments Into Guarantee Fund.

Mr. Broderick

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what sums (giving separately State contributions towards charges for bonus and excess stock) were paid into the Guarantee Fund for the years ended 31st March, 1930, 1931, 1932, 1933 and 1934, differentiating between moneys paid in respect of land stock issued before and after the passing of the Land Act, 1923.

The reply takes the form of a tabular statement which will be inserted in the Official Report.

The following is the reply:—

The sums paid into the Guarantee Fund for the years in question on foot of (1) Local Taxation Grants; (2) Repayments on foot of Arrears of Annuities, etc., previously drawn from the Guarantee Fund, and (3) the Exchequer advance to the Fund in respect of arrears were as set out in the following statement:—
