O'Neill) asked the Minister for Justice if it is his intention to introduce a Town Tenants Bill in the present session and whether he will make provisions in the Bill for not only the purchase of their houses by the tenants, but also widen the scope of the Bill to enable such town tenants to redeem the ground rent attached to their houses.
