Negotiations with a group of persons in regard to the establishment of a meat meal factory at Roscrea are proceeding but have not yet been concluded. It would be premature at this stage to make any announcement as to the details of the proposed arrangements. I might mention that under Section 41 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934, particulars of any loan of money in the case must be published in "Iris Oifigiuil" within one month of the making of such loan.
