Private Business. - Cork Milling Company Railway Bill, 1935—Message from the Seanad.

Tá Seanad Eireann tar éis an Rún so leanas do rith agus is mian leo aontú Dáil Eireann leis :—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Co-Choiste den dá Thigh do cheapa chun Bille Bóthair Iarainn Chuideachta Mhuilneoireachta Chorcaighe, 1935 do bhreithniú, eadhon, Bille dá ngairmtear Acht chun a údarú do Chuideachta Mhuilneorieachta Chorcaighe, Teoranta, bóthar iarainn do dhéanamh o áitreamh a muilinn ar Ché Victoria, Corcaigh, go dtí Bóithre Iarainn Chuideachta Mhór-Bhóithre Iarainn an Deiscirt.
Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired:—
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Cork Milling Company Railway Bill, 1935, being a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the construction by the Cork Milling Company, Limited, of a railway connecting their mill premises at Victoria Quay, Cork, with the Railways of the Great Southern Railways Company.

I move:—

"Go naontuighidh an Dáil leis an Seanad ina Rún a cuireadh in úil don Dáil an 6º lá de Mhárta, 1935, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Có-Choiste den dá Thigh do cheapa chun Bille Bóthair Iarainn Chuideachta Mhuilneoireachta Chorcaighe, 1935, do bhreithniú.

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil the 6th day of March, 1935, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Cork Milling Company Railway Bill, 1935."

Ordered accordingly.
