Pounds (Provision and Maintenance) Bill, 1935—Money Resolution.
Resolved:
That as regards any Act of the present Session to provide for the provision and maintenance of pounds by local authorities and for other matters connected with the matter aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect such Act, being expenses which are required by the provision of such Act to be defrayed out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.—(Minister for Justice.)
