Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Salaries of City Managers.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state (1) what the salary of the City Manager of Dublin is and what allowance in respect of motor travelling expenses he receives; (2) what the salary of the Acting Manager for Limerick is, and what motor car allowance he receives as travelling expenses in connection with his duties in Limerick Borough.

The salary of the City Manager of Dublin is £1,700 per annum. On Corporation business he uses a motor car provided for official use. He receives no car allowance. The salary of the Acting Manager of the City of Limerick is £1,000 per annum with £150 per annum for travelling and subsistence allowances. He receives no motor car allowance as such.
