Is the Vice-President in a position to state when he proposes to circulate the Insurance Bill?

I am not in a position to state that at the moment.

Are we to understand it is not the intention of the Government to take it before the Recess?

It will not be taken this session.

Will it be published during the Recess?

It will be published in the course of the next few weeks.

They will not be available until the end of the week.
