Labourers Bill, 1935—First Stage.

Leave given to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the purchase by the tenants thereof of cottages and plots provided under the Labourers Acts, 1883 to 1931, to amend the said Acts, and to make provision for divers matters connected with the matters aforesaid.—(Minister for Local Government and Public Health.)
Second Stage fixed for October 30th.

Will the Minister say when the Bill will be circulated?

Will it be circulated before the 30th October?
