Parliamentary Secretary's Personal Explanation.
During the previous discussion I told a story which I am afraid has caused some misunderstanding. The intention of that purely ludicrous story was to compare it with what I was regarding as a ludicrous condition of over-excitement and over-intensity in the House. I want to make it perfectly clear that there was no other intention and, to the extent to which any misunderstanding has been caused, I regret it and apologise.
