I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fe n-a raghaidh an tAire Talmhaíochta chun éifeachta do thabhairt d'Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socruithe do dhéanamh i dtreo go bhfásfar níos mó lín agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh, chuige sin, chun fás, scuitseáil, agus díol lín do rialáil agus do stiúradh agus i dtaobh nithe iomdha bhaineas no ghabhas leis na nithe roimhráite.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Agriculture in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for promoting the more extensive growing of flax, and for that purpose to make provision for the regulation and control of the growing, scutching, and sale of flax, and for divers matters ancillary to or connected with the matters aforesaid.
