I move amendment No. 1:—

In page 6, Section 13 (1) (b), line 44, to delete the word "and."

This amendment and the others are consequential on the removal of Seanad Eireann. They are all official amendments.

More consequential amendments.

The following amendments were agreed to:—
2. In page 7, Section 13 (3), line 3, to delete the words "each House of the Oireachtas" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann" and in line 5 to delete the words "either such House" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann," and in lines 6 and 8 to delete the words "such House" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann."
3. In page 7, Section 14 (1), lines 17 and 18, to delete the words "either House of the Oireachtas" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann."

I move amendment No. 4:—

In page 9, line 6, to insert at the end of Section 17 (2) (d) (vii), the words "or the erection of necessary buildings."

This is to meet a point raised by Deputy Belton on the Committee Stage.

The following amendments were also agreed to:—
5. In page 10, line 46, Section 23 (4), to insert before the word "obstructs" the word "wilfully".
6. In page 15, Section 30 (2), line 55, to delete the words "each House of the Oireachtas" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann", and in lines 56 and 57 to delete the words "either such House" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann", and in lines 57 and 58 to delete the words "such House" and substitute the words "Dáil Eireann".
Question—"That the Bill, as amended, be received for final consideration"—put and agreed to.

I move that the Bill do now pass.
