All forestry officials concerned have been instructed that in accordance with the existing regulations forestry workers must be recruited through the medium of the local unemployment exchange. The exchanges in a few cases, however, have not been able to supply men, and in consequence it has been necessary to get suitable men by other means, such as the posting of a notice in the local post office.
