Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Leinster House.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he can state if it is the intention of the Office of Public Works to remove from the precincts of Leinster House impediments which prevent the citizens having a clear view of the building from Kildare Street, and whether this work will be carried out in the near future.

Consideration is at present being given to a scheme for improving the approach to Leinster House, but definite proposals have not yet been formulated, and the estimate of cost has accordingly not yet been made.

Does the proposal involve putting up a decent waiting-room at the gate?
