Vol. 66 No. 14

Written Answer. - Claim to a Disability Pension.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the present position of the claim of John Coughlan, High Street, Newmarket, County Cork, to a disability pension, and if, owing to the fact that this man is existing on 7/6 per week national health insurance disablement benefit, decision on the case will be expedited.

No claim for a disability pension has been received from John Coughlan, High Street, Newmarket, County Cork. An application for a service certificate under the terms of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, has however, been received from John Coughlan, Main Street, Newmarket, County Cork. That application is at present under investigation by the referee.
