Vol. 66 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Clare Lands.

Mr. Hogan

asked the Minister for Lands if representations have been made to the Irish Land Commission over a number of years for the acquisition and distribution of the Creagh farm at Dangan, Quin, County Clare; if such representations have been considered, and if in consideration of the number of landless men and uneconomic holders in the district a decision to acquire and distribute the farm can be expedited.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of part of the lands of Dangan and Cragbwee, on the Creagh estate.
