Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the taking of a Plebiscite on a Draft Constitution approved of by Dáil Eireann (whether before or after the passing of this Act) before the dissolution of the Oireachtas which shall occur next after the passing of this Act. — (Minister for Local Government and Public Health.)
