Preliminary proposals have been received by my Department in the matter of a project for the manufacture of waxed papers. Final details have, however, not yet been submitted by the promoters, and, in the circumstances, I am not in a position to say in what district the factory, if established, is likely to be situated, or when it will commence operations.
