Vol. 67 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Night Work in Bakeries.

asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware that the provisions of the Act for the prevention of night work in bakeries are being totally disregarded in some country towns and districts, and if he intends to take any steps to make the Act effective.

The Gárda Síochána are taking all possible steps to enforce the Act. If the Deputy will furnish the names of any towns or districts in which the Act is disregarded, appropriate action will be taken.
