Vol. 67 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Written Answers. - Division of Ruttledge Estate, County Mayo.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the reason for the delay in the division of the lands of William J. Ruttledge estate, Carrivalla, Hollymount, County Mayo, and if he will state the earliest possible date on which these lands will be divided amongst the uneconomic holders of the district.

Mr. Boland

There has been no avoidable delay in this case. Objections lodged by the owner had to be heard and dealt with and price has yet to be fixed by the Appeal Tribunal. A scheme for division is in course of preparation at the moment and the lands will be divided at the earliest date practicable.
