Written Answers. - Brookhill Demesne.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) the names of the persons who purchased the Brookhill demesne lands from Colonel Lambert; (b) the amount paid by each purchaser for the land; (c) the amount paid by the Irish Land Commission to each purchaser of the Brookhill demesne lands; (d) the names of the persons who were given allotments by the Land Commission on the Brookhill demesne and (e) the yearly rent, or annuities, to be paid by each allottee for such lands.

The names of the persons who purchased lands from Colonel Lambert and from whom the Land Commission purchased these lands; the amounts which, according to the information available to the Land Commission, were paid to Colonel Lambert by the purchasers; and the amounts paid by the Land Commission for the lands are as set out in schedule No. 1 hereunder.

The names of the persons to whom the lands have been allotted and the actual annuities (as revised under the Land Act, 1933) payable by the allottees in respect of the lands are set out in schedule No. 2.
