Vol. 69 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - National Health Insurance Acts.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is prepared to set up a committee of inquiry with a view to amending the National Health Insurance Acts so as to provide more adequate benefits for insured persons and their dependents.

As certain aspects of the matters referred to in the Deputy's question are now the subject of Departmental investigation, I am not prepared at present to set up a committee of inquiry as suggested.
