asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware that an application was made by Michael Cullinane, Loughane, Ladysbridge, County Cork, under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, and if, in view of the applicant's service in H Company, 4th Battalion, 1st Cork Brigade, the Minister is in a position to state when a decision will be given in this case.
