Cement (Amendment) Bill, 1938—First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend Part IV of the Cement Act, 1933, to make other provisions for regulating and controlling the importation of cement, to provide for the payment of fees in respect of licences to import cement, and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid. —(Minister for Industry and Commerce).
Second Stage ordered for 9th March.
