Written Answers. - County Dublin Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will take steps to acquire and divide amongst uneconomic holders and landless men in the district the John Murphy estate containing 250 acres in the townlands of Knocklyon, Tallaght and Templeogue, electoral division of Tallaght.

The Land Commission have already decided to have an inspection made regarding the estate of John Murphy comprising 246 acres of the lands of Knocklyon, Templeogue and Tallaght, with a view to considering whether the lands are suitable for their purposes.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission intend to acquire for division amongst uneconomic holders and landless men in the Rathcoole area the non-residential and untenanted farm of Colonel Campbell, situate at Collegeland, Rathcoole, comprising 131 statute acres.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands of Collegeland containing 131 acres on the estate of Lt.-Col. J.V. Campbell, and the question of their acquisition is under consideration.

asked the Minister for Lands if he intends to take action to acquire and divide the following untenanted and non-residential grass lands amongst uneconomic holders and landless men in the district — King estate, Millhead, Finglas, containing 63 acres; James Smith estate, Kingston, Finglas, containing 145 acres, and the Lily King estate, Corrstown, Skephbuble and Tubberbur, Kinsallaghan, containing 180 acres.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the King estate or the James Smith estate or the Lily King estate referred to by the Deputy and the question of taking proceedings has not been considered.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will take steps to acquire and divide amongst uneconomic holders and landless men, the untenanted estate, known as Wilkinson's estate, Balcorris, Ballymun, Santry, containing 210 acres, held in fee-simple.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the Wilkinston estate, comprising 210 acres of the lands of Balcorris, Ballymun, and the question of taking proceedings has not been considered.
