Formal presentation of one copy of each of the Reports of the Banking Commission (with the appendices thereto) was made on the 4th April. The printing of the Reports is being carried out as expeditiously as possible but I am not yet in a position to say when copies will be available to enable the reports to be considered by the Government. It is improbable in the circumstances that it will be found possible to have the reports published before the introduction of the Budget.
