asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the quantity and value of (1) fire fighting machines and (2) other fire fighting apparatus and equipment imported during the year (a) 1936, (b) 1937, and (c) the nine months ended 30th September, 1938, and the total amount of customs duty paid thereon: distinguishing between tariffed articles imported under a duty-free licence, tariffed articles upon which customs duty was paid, and non-tariffed articles.
