I move the following amendment:—
Section 5. In paragraph (c) page 4, line 20, to insert after the word "property" the words and brackets "of the existing governing body (including any property held in trust for any of the purposes of such hospital) and the".
The object of the amendment, which is a drafting one, is to ensure the transfer to the new board of any property belonging to the governing hospital which may now be invested in the governing body, or which is held in trust for the purposes of the hospital.
