So far as the years 1933-34, 1934-35, 1935-36 and 1936-37 are concerned, I would refer the Deputy to the reply which I gave to a similar question on the 12th May, 1937 (Official Report—cols. 172-4) As for the years 1937-38 and 1938-39, the comparable figures are:—
