I move that leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following Supplementary Estimate for the service of the year ending on the 31st March, 1940, namely Vote No. 67, External Affairs. The amount in this case is £10.

As soon as possible. This is for the establishment of a High Commissionership in Canada. It is a token Vote.
It is a lovely token Vote and all the money will be saved at the end of the financial year.
